Ingredients:
- 200 ml M&S Coconut Cream
- ¼ tsp Dried Basil
- ¼ tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 Yellow Onion
- ½ tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Corn Starch
- 1 tbsp Garlic, minced
- ½ tsp Garlic powder
- 150g Spaghetti
- 6-8 Brown Button Mushroom, sliced
- Dried Parsley
Instructions:
- Cook the spaghetti in hot water and set aside.
- In a medium pan, sauté mushroom until cooked. Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix M&S Coconut Cream, basil, salt, and corn starch.
- In the same pan, add in oil and minced garlic, fry until fragrant.
- Add in coconut cream mixture and cook it until it reaches desired consistency of a paste sauce.
- Add in garlic powder, salt (if needed), mushroom and spaghetti, mix and cook for a while.
- Ready to serve.
