Coconut Whip Cream Puff
These light and airy cream puffs are filled with a luscious coconut-flavored cream, thanks to M&S Coconut Whip, making them an irresistible dessert.

Ingredients:
- 100g all-purpose flour
- 60g butter
- 200ml heavy cream
- 200ml M&S Coconut Whip
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 250ml water
- 3 eggs
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. In a saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil.
- Add flour and stir until the dough forms a ball. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
- Beat in eggs, one at a time, until smooth. Drop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until puffed and golden.
- Whip the heavy cream with sugar until stiff peaks form, then fold in M&S Coconut Whip.
- Slice the cream puffs in half and fill them with the coconut cream mixture.
Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with chocolate sauce for a decorative finish.
