Coconut Whip Cream Puff

These light and airy cream puffs are filled with a luscious coconut-flavored cream, thanks to M&S Coconut Whip, making them an irresistible dessert.

Recipe (8 pax)

Ingredients:

  • 100g all-purpose flour
  • 60g butter
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 200ml M&S Coconut Whip
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 250ml water
  • 3 eggs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. In a saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil.
  2. Add flour and stir until the dough forms a ball. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
  3. Beat in eggs, one at a time, until smooth. Drop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, until puffed and golden.
  4. Whip the heavy cream with sugar until stiff peaks form, then fold in M&S Coconut Whip.
  5. Slice the cream puffs in half and fill them with the coconut cream mixture.

Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with chocolate sauce for a decorative finish.
