Coconut Whip Tiramisu
A tropical twist on the classic tiramisu, this version uses M&S Coconut Whip for a lighter, coconut-flavored take on the beloved Italian dessert.

Ingredients:
- 300g mascarpone cheese
- 200ml M&S Coconut Whip
- 150ml brewed espresso
- 2 tbsp coffee liqueur
- 12 ladyfinger biscuits
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese with M&S Coconut Whip until smooth.
- Dip the ladyfinger biscuits in the brewed espresso mixed with coffee liqueur.
- In a serving dish, layer the soaked biscuits and mascarpone mixture alternately.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.
Garnish with shaved chocolate or a sprinkle of cinnamon for an extra touch.
