Coconut Whip Tiramisu

A tropical twist on the classic tiramisu, this version uses M&S Coconut Whip for a lighter, coconut-flavored take on the beloved Italian dessert.

Recipe (6 pax)

Ingredients:

  • 300g mascarpone cheese
  • 200ml M&S Coconut Whip
  • 150ml brewed espresso
  • 2 tbsp coffee liqueur
  • 12 ladyfinger biscuits
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese with M&S Coconut Whip until smooth.
  2. Dip the ladyfinger biscuits in the brewed espresso mixed with coffee liqueur.
  3. In a serving dish, layer the soaked biscuits and mascarpone mixture alternately.
  4. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.

Garnish with shaved chocolate or a sprinkle of cinnamon for an extra touch.
