Spaghetti with Alfredo sauce is a rich, creamy Italian-American comfort dish consisting of spaghetti noodles coated in a velvety white sauce made primarily from butter, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients:

  • 200 ml M&S Coconut Cream
  • ¼ tsp Dried Basil
  • ¼ tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 Yellow Onion
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Corn Starch
  • 1 tbsp Garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp Garlic powder
  • 150g Spaghetti
  • 6-8 Brown Button Mushroom, sliced
  • Dried Parsley

Instructions:

  1. Cook the spaghetti in hot water and set aside.
  2. In a medium pan, sauté mushroom until cooked. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix M&S Coconut Cream, basil, salt, and corn starch.
  4. In the same pan, add in oil and minced garlic, fry until fragrant.
  5. Add in coconut cream mixture and cook it until it reaches desired consistency of a paste sauce.
  6. Add in garlic powder, salt (if needed), mushroom and spaghetti, mix and cook for a while.
  7. Ready to serve.
