Is M&S Coconut Whipping Cream Halal and Vegan?
Yes, it is Halal certified, vegan, and vegetarian- friendly.
Before whipping: Semi-solid, soft, tofu-like texture.

After whipping: Fluffy and can achieve stiff peaks, holding its shape well.
Usually less than 3 minutes to reach stiff peaks using a handheld mixer.
It’s ideal for topping hot or cold desserts and beverages, and for use as a light, airy filling in pastries like cream puffs or layer cakes. It’s also great for decorating cakes with piped patterns such as flowers or borders.
At ambient temperature: More than 3 hours.

Under air conditioning (AC): More than 6 hours.

Compared with dairy cream: M&S Whipped Cream holds its shape longer.
Before whipping: Chill for at least 12 hours at 2–6°C.

After whipping: Store in a covered container for up to 72 hours in the fridge.

Freezing: Not recommended.
No, it’s gelatine-free and contains no common allergens — suitable for vegans.
