Ingredients:

  • 5/6 chicken pieces
  • 1/2 small box M&S Coconut Milk
  • 2 large/medium onions, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 1 inch of ginger, sliced
  • Tamarind juice
  • 2 potatoes
  • A mixture of spices (bay leaves, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom)
  • 3 curry leaves
  • 3 tablespoons curry powder
  • 2 tablespoons ground dried pepper
  • A pinch of sugar and salt

Instructions:

  1. Heat a pot with cooking oil and stir-fry the sliced ​​ingredients, curry leaves, 4 cloves until fragrant.
  2. Add ground pepper and curry powde, stir until the oil rises.
  3. Add chicken and add water until the chicken is submerged and leave for a while. Add M&S Coconut Milk, stir again and add the potatoes.
  4. Add tamarind juice, salt and a little sugar and let it boil.
