Chicken Curry

Ingredients:
- 5/6 chicken pieces
- 1/2 small box M&S Coconut Milk
- 2 large/medium onions, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 inch of ginger, sliced
- Tamarind juice
- 2 potatoes
- A mixture of spices (bay leaves, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom)
- 3 curry leaves
- 3 tablespoons curry powder
- 2 tablespoons ground dried pepper
- A pinch of sugar and salt

Instructions:
- Heat a pot with cooking oil and stir-fry the sliced ingredients, curry leaves, 4 cloves until fragrant.
- Add ground pepper and curry powde, stir until the oil rises.
- Add chicken and add water until the chicken is submerged and leave for a while. Add M&S Coconut Milk, stir again and add the potatoes.
- Add tamarind juice, salt and a little sugar and let it boil.
- Ready to serve.
