  • Granulated Sugar 40g
  • Coconut Milk 300g
  • Vanilla Essence a little
  • Powdered Gelatin 3g
  • Water 20g

Instructions:

  1. Soak the powdered gelatin in water.
  2. Soften the cream cheese at room temperature, and mix well with granulated sugar.
  3. Bring the coconut milk to a boil.
  4. Gradually add the boiled coconut milk to 2), mixing well.

Ingredients:

  • Granulated Sugar 40g
  • Water 20g
  • Coconut Milk 40g
  • Water 10g

Instructions:

  1. Put the granulated sugar and water in a pot and heat. When the granulated sugar has melted and turned yellowish, shake the pot lightly to make the entire mixture brown.
  2. When the mixture turns caramel color, turn off the heat and add coconut milk and water.
  3. When the caramel sauce has settled, heat it again and bring to a boil. Then, it is ready.
