Coconut Whip Chocolate Cheesecake

This decadent chocolate cheesecake is made extra creamy with M&S Coconut Whip. It’s a crowd-pleasing dessert that blends the rich flavors of chocolate and coconut.

Ingredients:

  • 200g digestive biscuits, crushed
  • 100g butter, melted
  • 400g cream cheese
  • 200g dark chocolate, melted
  • 200ml M&S Coconut Whip
  • 100g sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill for 30 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Fold in the melted chocolate and M&S Coconut Whip until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture onto the biscuit base and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  5. Garnish with chocolate shavings or coconut flakes before serving.

Add a swirl of caramel sauce on top for extra flavor.
