Coconut Whip Chocolate Cheesecake
This decadent chocolate cheesecake is made extra creamy with M&S Coconut Whip. It’s a crowd-pleasing dessert that blends the rich flavors of chocolate and coconut.

Ingredients:
- 200g digestive biscuits, crushed
- 100g butter, melted
- 400g cream cheese
- 200g dark chocolate, melted
- 200ml M&S Coconut Whip
- 100g sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill for 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the melted chocolate and M&S Coconut Whip until well combined.
- Pour the mixture onto the biscuit base and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings or coconut flakes before serving.
Add a swirl of caramel sauce on top for extra flavor.
