Bandung agar-agar is a popular and classic Malaysian dessert. The refreshing, rose-flavored “Bandung” drink and the creamy richness of M&S Coconut Trim Milk set in a jelly base. It is a visually appealing, layered dessert, known for its sweet, floral taste and smooth, wobbly texture.

Recipe (4 - 5 pax)
Ingredients:
- 20g string gelatin
- Water (measured by the gelatin packet, fill to the brim)
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1 egg
- 200ml M&S Coconut Trim Milk
- 2 tbsp rose syrup
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Add water and gelatin, cook until boiling and gelatin is dissolved.
- Then add condensed milk, M&S Coconut Trim Milk, rose syrup and salt, stir well, lastly add the egg, stirring quickly.
- Once done, put it in a baking dish and cool it down, ready to cut.
