Murukku

Saiz Hidangan:

4-6 Orang


Bahan-Bahan

200g tepung kacang kuda
115g tepung beras
½ sudu besar serbuk cili
½ sudu besar jemuju, disangai dan ditumbuk
1 sudu besar marjerin
¼ cawan Santan M&S
Air secukupnya
Garam secukup rasa
4-5 tangkai daun kari
Minyak untuk menggoreng


Cara Penyediaan

Satukan tepung kacang kuda, tepung beras, serbuk cili, jemuju dan garam.

Campurkan marjerin, santan dan air.

Uli menjadi doh.

Masukkan doh ke dalam acuan murukku.

Tekan ke atas daun pisang yang dilengser minyak.

Masukkan ke dalam minyak panas.

Goreng sehingga keemasan dan taburkan daun kari kemudian angkat dan hidangkan.
