Bahan-Bahan

60 gm mentega
65 gm gula aising
1 biji kuning telur
1 sudu teh vanila
25 gm serbuk santan
30 ml Santan M&S
100 gm tepung kanji - ayak
120 gm tepung gandum - ayak
1st serbuk penaik - ayak
30 gm kelapa kering – kisar


Cara Penyediaan

Pukul mentega dan gula hingga sebati.

Masukkan telur dan vanila, kacau rata.

Bubuh serbuk santan, santan, bahan ayak dan kelapa.

Uli menjadi doh. Canai doh setebal 4 mm.

Terap dengan acuan bentuk bunga atau hati.

Atur atas tin pembakar yang dilenser marjerin.

Bakar biskut pada 180°C selama 20-25 minit atau hingga masak.
