Biskut Cawan

Saiz Hidangan:

6 - 8 Orang


Bahan Biskut

125g mentega
50g gula aising, diayak
1 biji kuning telur
3 sudu besar Santan M&S
1 sudu kecil vanila
170g tepung serbaguna, diayak
100g tepung jagung, diayak
1 sudu kecil serbuk koko


Bahan Aising

1 biji putih telur
1 cawan gula aising *, diayak
Pewarna kuning, hijau, merah, biru


Cara Penyediaan

Pukul mentega dan gula sehingga sebati.

Masukkan kuning telur, Santan M&S dan vanila. Kacau rata.

Masukkan bahan ayak, uli menjadi doh.

Bahagi 2, masukkan koko ke dalam 1 bahagian.

Canai dan terap dengan acuan.

Bakar pada 165˚C selama 15-20 minit.

Untuk aising: Pukul putih telur dan 1 sudu besar gula aising sehingga pekat. Tambah pewarna ikut suka. Biar biskut sejuk kemudian hias.
