DESSICCATED COCONUT

Desiccated coconut is used commonly in various industries such as confectionery and bakery products, frozen foods, food service and consumer products. It contains no cholesterol or trans fats, rich in nutrients, including dietary fibre, manganese, copper and selenium.

Our desiccated coconut is classified as low fat content, medium granulation with creamy white colour. It has natural rich flavour of the mature coconut. It is packed in the multi wall Kraft paper with heat sealed polyethylene liner. It can be stored up to 12 months. Recommended to store in a cool dry place and avoid direct sunlight. Refrigeration and freezing are not recommended.
