Cashew nut Prawns


  • 300g Shelled Big/Medium Prawns
  • 180g Ground Roasted Cashew Nut
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 15g Minced Ginger
  • 3 pips Minced Garlic
  • 150ml M&S Reduced Fat Coconut Milk
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Pepper
  • ½ tsp Sugar
  • Diced Spring Onion
  • Diced Chilli
  • Corriander Leaves
  • Fragrant Ingredients A with 2 tbsp Oil, Add in Prawns & stir fry for a while.
  • Add Ingredients B, bring to boil, lower down flame & simmer till dry.
  • Add Ground Cashew Nut, mix well.
