  • 200g tuna, sliced
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 2 slices young ginger, chopped finely
  • 2 red chilies, chopped finely
  • 3 stalk coriander, chopped finely
  • Some black sesame seeds, toasted
  • Toasted bread
  • 4 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 100ml M&S Reduced Fat Coconut Milk (mixed together)

  • Just before serving, mix in tuna with sauce and mix in the rest of the ingredients.
  • Sprinkle black sesame seeds over tuna and serve on sliced toasted bread.
