Panna Cotta Green Tea

  • 500ml M&S Coconut Milk
  • 200ml thickened cream
  • 1 cup caster sugar
  • ½ cup hot water
  • 1½ tbsp gelatin
  • 1 tsp green tea powder
  • Serve with strawberries and your favourite fruits

  • Combine M&S Coconut Milk, cream and sugar into a saucepan and cook over low heat. Stir mixture for 2 – 3 minutes until heated through. Make sure the sugar has melted (do not boil) and turn off the fire. Add in green tea powder and stir till well blended.
  • Sprinkle gelatin into hot water and whisk with a fork until gelatin is fully dissolved. Add into the coconut mixture.
  • Wet mould, pour mixture into it and chill for 5 hours or until set.
  • Flip panna cotta onto plates and serve with fruits.
