Grilled Prawns In Skewers



  • 16 large prawns, leave tail shell intact
  • 16 bamboo skewers, soaked in warm water for 20 minutes
  • 100ml M&S Reduced Fat Coconut Milk
  • 1 tbsp kaffir lime juice
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp ginger, chopped

  • Marinate prawns for at least an hour.
  • Pierce prawns with skewers and grill until cooked.
