Coconut Chocolate Shake



  • 400ml M&S Coconut Milk
  • 200g good quality milk chocolate, cut into cubes
  • 3 tbsp caster sugar
  • 1 litre vanilla ice cream
  • 12 ice cubes
  • Some chocolate rice

  • Combine M&S Coconut Milk, chocolate and sugar in a saucepan and cook over low heat to melt the chocolate. Stir and leave aside to cool.
  • Drizzle some of the chocolate mixture into 6 chilled glasses until half full. Chill glasses again.
  • Blend the remaining chocolate mixture with the ice cream and ice cubes.
  • Pour mixture into the chilled glasses. Decorate with chocolate rice.
